Attention all juniors participating in the Texas Mission Trip.  There is a mandatory meeting Wednesday at 7PM in the chapel with yourself and a parent or guardian.  Please see Mr. Meyer if you have any questions.

The next Relay for Life meeting is Friday, December 15, at 7:00am in Room 119.  See Mrs. Pochyly with questions.

Attention all Theater Guild Members.  Thespian Society Induction will take place Friday, December 15, at 6 p.m. in the theater.  All current members should plan to attend.  Anyone interested in being inducted should pick up the paperwork from the theater today or Monday.  All completed forms are due by Wednesday, December 13.  Questions, see Mrs. Vail or Mrs. Kelly.

Come help support the Marist Book Drive by giving as many books as you can!

Book drop offs will be located variously around the school such as the Arc and Champagnat Square.

The book drive ends on the 15th so donate before time runs out!

Attention All Students:

Were you in band in grade school?  Do you miss playing an instrument?  Have you always wanted to learn an instrument?  Do you want to be a part of one of the most successful organizations in the school?  Do you want to add an HONORS class to your schedule?  If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, Band Director Mr. Creagh is offering FREE lessons throughout the second semester for students who would like to join band for the next school year.  We are looking to fill positions in the drumline, trombone, baritone, tuba, and French horn sections in particular but all instruments are welcome.  If you are interested, please attend an informational meeting on Wednesday, December 13 at 2:30 in the band room, which is located near the McNamara Gym.  The meeting should last no longer than 20 minutes.  Hope to see you there!

Remember to turn in copies of all your college acceptance letters and scholarship awards to Mrs. Gainer.  Even if you are not planning to attend a college, we would still like your letters for statistical purposes.

The ARC is going silent for finals! If you’d like a quiet place to prep, study, read or work, stop by the ARC any time. If you need to eat or socialize, go to the cafeteria. Study hard and good luck.

Clubs

Attention ALL Cooking Club Members! Please meet on Thursday, December 14th at 2:30 in the CAFÉ for a quick yearbook photo. Any questions? See Ms. Silva.

Attention all SADD members- if you are bowling this Friday, please bring your permission slip and money to Mrs. Novak by tomorrow!  Please check the Remind app and your e-mail for more information on upcoming events and apparel orders.

Sports

Last night the boys varsity basketball team defeated Johnson College Prep 58-40 to improve to 6-0 on the season. The RedHawks play neighborhood rival Mt. Carmel tonight at home, at 7:00pm. Come out and support your RedHawks!
