Any softball, rugby, or football player who has not yet turned in their Polar Plunge permission form, please bring it to Coach Dawczak in the main office immediately.


Drivers ed begins today in room 220.  The list is posted outside of the SLO.


Junior Ring Mass is this Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at St Terrance.  If you have not turned in your r.s.v.p., do so today.


Freshman are reminded to check their Gmail accounts for their course selection schedule.


There will be a Mock Trial meeting tonight at 6pm in room 113.

Relay for Life is in a week.  Sign up now at Team Captain meeting is today, Monday, February 26, after school in the SLO.  Team captains must attend or see Mrs. Pochyly in the SLO. Bank Afternoon is Wednesday, February 28, from 2:30-4:30 in the SLO.  Bank Afternoon is an opportunity to turn in your money before the Relay for Life event so you don’t have to wait in line to get in.

There will be a boys’ volleyball pre-tryout open gym on Tuesday night from 7:00-8:30 in the small gym. Boys’ volleyball tryouts begin next Monday.


Freshman and Sophomore baseball tryouts start today, Monday, February 26th, at 5:45 a.m.   Varsity tryouts will be at 2:45.  All levels should bring clothes for inside and outside every day.

The Marist Boys Varsity Track and Field TEAM posted victories over Brother Rice, Mt. Carmel, Niles Notre Dame, Mundelein Carmel, St. Rita, Fenwick, Aurora Central Catholic, Holy Trinity, St. Patrick, IC Catholic, and Joliet Catholic on Sunday at the 2018 ICOPS Invitational. Marist Senior Martin Smith WON the 55m High Hurdles, and was awarded a Gold Medal. Marist Sophomore Thomas Leonard finished in SECOND place in the 1600m, and was awarded a Silver Medal. Marist Freshman Jovan Marsh also medaled in the 200m dash. Marist Sophomore Brian Ferguson ran an indoor personal record in the 400m dash to score big points for the RedHawks! Among other highlights, the Marist 4x200m Relay (Amari Watkins, Keyon Turner, Tom Johnson, and Antione Davis) dropped 5 seconds off their season best time. Friendly reminder, the Marist Boys Track and Field TEAM will be meeting in the cafeteria this week at 2:45 pm. Thanks.

The boys basketball team begins the state tournament this week, beginning on Tuesday night at 7pm. Come out and support your RedHawks!


Last Saturday, the girl’s track and field team competed in the Lockport Invite. The varsity girls finished 3rd and JV came in 2nd. Meet champions include Royiel Curry in long jump, Cece Light in the mile, Erin O'Sullivam in pole vault. Other medalist include Lily Roche and Amanda Tracey in the 2 mile, Emily Kon in the 55, Payton Ross in hurdles, Jill Borza in the mile,  Bailey Butler in the 800, and the 4x800 relay of Light, Borza, Doyle, and Englehart. 


Are you looking to get involved in a spring sport? The boys tennis team will be having an informational meeting this Wednesday after school in room 119. No previous tennis experience is required to come out for the tennis team. See Coach Karr or Coach Hyland with questions.


Attention all wrestlers: There will be a brief information meeting after school on Tuesday, February 27 in the wrestling room regarding uniform turn in, banquet information, and off-season training.
