Practice ACT Test
On Saturday, March 10th, Marist will offer a Practice ACT Test to interested juniors and sophomores.
This is an actual retired ACT test so it will give you an excellent idea of what you can expect on the real ACT test. However, you will not be taking the writing portion.
Sign up for the practice test with Mrs. Gainer in the Guidance Office. The cost is $10.00 and money needs to be turned in when you sign up for the test. You will be unable to sign up without your payment. The test will start at 8:30 am and you should be done with testing and self-scoring by noon.
The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, February 21st.
This year’s African American Heritage prayer service will be held on Friday, February 23. If you are interested in attending, pick up a permission form from Mrs. Greenan in room 226. There are only 35 spots available and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. All forms are due to Mrs. Greenan by February 14 at the latest.

Come to Italian Club this Thursday, February 8th, in room 223 at 2:30 pm to make some creative Carnival masks as we were in Venice! Bring ideas and anything you want to use to create a beautiful mask, such as feathers, ribbons, and glitters.
French Club and French National Honor Society will meet Thursday after school in 216 to make Valentines for orphans in Haiti. Please bring any Valentine’s themed paper or materials that you would like to use, but candy is not needed.

The Girls Basketball Program will play their last home game tonight @ 5:30 and 7:00 vs. conference rival Benet Academy. The varsity will be playing for the share of the conference crown. Good Luck ladies.
