Attention all Student Ambassador Officers:

 

There will be a meeting immediately after school this Wednesday, May 9, in Rm. 119.

 

This meeting is for Officers ONLY and all are asked to attend.

 

SENIORS! If you still have books checked out from the ARC, they must be returned no later than Tuesday May 15th or you will charged a replacement fee for each title. Please see Mrs. Rademacher with any questions.

If you missed the meeting about the college trip to the East coast in February 2019, but you would still like to learn more, please stop by to see Mrs. McArdle in her office during your lunch mod or after school! 

If you are a sophomore interested in joining Explore for the 2018-19 school year, stop by to see Mrs. McArdle in the ARC during your lunch mod or after school.

  • All interested students must apply…this includes current student ambassadors

  • Due date is Friday, May 18th

Sports

Over the weekend the sophomore boys volleyball team swept the field at the Br. Rice JV Classic taking the tournament championship. The boys volleyball program hosts St. Pats on Tuesday in a big ESCC matchup at 6pm!

On Saturday, the Marist Boys Track and Field Team traveled to Bollingbrook, Illinois for the 51st annual Carlin Nalley Invitational, and posted victories over Lisle, Niles Notre Dame, Lemont, Ridgewood, Illiana Christian, St. Viator, Benet Academy, and Elmwood Park. Senior David Daniels triple jumped beyond the automatic IHSA state qualifying distance to WIN it with a Triple jump of 44'7. Daniels also earned a MEDAL in the Long Jump. Senior Justin Williams medaled in both the Long Jump and Triple Jump. Sophomore Brian Ferguson medaled in the 200m dash. Senior Steven Rowe medaled in the High Jump.

Boys JV tennis players not playing in today’s match at Shepard should go directly to the courts for practice today.
