Boys Varsity Bowling wins Catholic League Championship!
In just their second year in the Chicago Catholic League, the Boys Varsity Team won the Catholic League
Championship last Saturday by defeating St. Pat's by only three pins in the final game of the tournament.

The team rolled their highest games of the season averaging more than 1,000 pins per game.  In the "Baker" portion of the tournament, the team averaged 216 per game and then went on to defeat St. Pat's in the best of three games final match.

Top performers for the team were junior Peter Switalski who averaged 213 and sophomore Josh Glover who averaged an amazing 237 for the day.  Josh's average was the highest average among all the bowlers in the tournament.  Congratulations to all the members of the team for a job well done and for achieving this milestone accomplishment for the Marist bowling program.
