Clubs

Calling all chefs! Group 1 will meet today, Tuesday, October 22nd in the CAFE at 3:00. Please look for Ms. Mazur and Ms. Silva.

Spanish Club will be celebrating Halloween early with a scary movie day this Wednesday 10/23 after school in 220. We will be watching the Spanish film Veronica. But don't be too afraid- there will be subtitles! Abuelita hot chocolate, popcorn, and pan dulces will be served.  Hope to see you there!

 

 

Sports

Tonight, the volleyball program takes on Benet at home! Conference championship is on the line on all levels and Benet and Marist varsity are both currently ranked top 10 in the nation. Theme is RED OUT! Be there!

 

Right after the volleyball match, head out to Red & White Stadium for the regional soccer game featuring Marist vs. Lincoln Way East. Let’s go RedHawks!

 

Congratulations to the girls’ varsity tennis team on winning second place in the IHSA Sectional Tournament! The following girls qualified for the IHSA Girls Tennis State Tournament: Nicole Micklin, Kat Balchunas, Bella Rabianski, Molly Malloy, and Sonya Dremak. 

All girls interested in playing soccer in the spring are asked to attend a brief informative meeting this Wednesday at 3pm in back of the ARC.

Any student interested in joining the wrestling team should attend a brief informational meeting on Wednesday, November 6, after school in the wrestling room. Wrestling practices begin Monday, November 11. If you have any questions, please see Coach Heffernan in room 117.
