This Sunday, October 28th is the annual Marist Open House. In order to have the school cleaned and ready to go, the school will be closed at 2:30 PM on Thursday and Friday with the exception of the ARC and of course, any students who have a team athletic practice.
The cafeteria will NOT be open after school on Thursday or Friday for students. Please make arrangements for transportation home on those days if you do not wish to be in the ARC on those two days.
The first Relay for Life Committee meeting is Friday November 2 at 8:00 in the café. This meeting is for anyone who is interested in working on a committee for our Relay event on March 2. See Mrs. Pochyly with questions.

Attention Students, tickets for the Marist playoff game against Stevenson will be on sale outside the SLO during all lunch mods. Tickets are $5. This is an IHSA playoff game so everyone must purchase a ticket!
ATTENTION SENIORS… If you did not have your senior portrait taken over the summer, your last chance to do so is this coming Monday or Tuesday here on campus in the ARC. But you need to call the photographer to make an appointment. See Deacon Andy for all the details.

Would you like to remember a deceased loved one in our all school mass next Thursday, November 1? The SNHS is asking for your framed, labeled photo by this Friday, October 26, for our Dia de los muertos altar. Turn them in to your World Language teacher to be included, gracias!

If you cannot attend on your scheduled day, just attend one of the other sessions.

- ALL Student Ambassadors must arrive at 10:15 a.m. and report to the Small Gym.
- Faculty should arrive no later than 10:30 a.m. and all displays should be set up by 10:45 a.m.
- Both students and faculty are reminded to wear their lanyards. If your lanyard is missing or damaged please have it replaced this week.
- Open House will end at 3:00 p.m.

Girls must wear a polo, their uniform skirt and a sweater. Sweaters can be purchased in the bookstore until Thursday.
Boys must wear a shirt, jacket and tie with school pants.
School shoes and socks must be worn by all.
All faculty and students are asked to park in the west lot. Students must park in the student section of the west lot and are asked NOT to park in faculty parking. The east lot is reserved for visitors parking.
Attention Sophomores and Juniors:
Marist will offer a practice ACT test, Saturday, November 10th, at 8 A. M. Cost is $10. Cash or checks can be made out to Marist High School. See Br. Brice in Guidance if you have questions.
There will be a Mock Trial meeting Wednesday, October 24th after school from 2:45-3:45 in room 113.
Today, there will be a plethora of College Reps from 9 different colleges visiting us during lunch.
Check them out outside the cafeteria during your lunch today. Representatives will include Augustana College, Central, Carthage, and Cornell, IA, colleges----IUPUI, TCU and more!
Come to Italian Club this Thursday, October 24th, at 2:30 pm in room 223 to make posters for Open House while listening to some good Italian music. Bring your creativity!
