Attention all students:

Interested in a highly selective university?  A representative from the University of Notre Dame will visit Marist on Tuesday, October 9, at 7pm in the Theater.  All are welcome to attend.  Find out what you need to succeed!

Attention students, fan bus sign ups for the Marist vs. Nazareth football game will be available during all lunch mods outside the SLO. Let’s pack the stands for a big conference match up.

We are making dinner at the Ronald McDonald House Tuesday, October 9.  Come to the SLO for a permission form and see Mrs. Pochyly with questions.

The Explore program is hosting an in-school Hawk Talk on Monday, October 15th during lunch mods for anyone interested in a career in law. Alum Colleen Couture '10 will present and answer questions. Lunch will be provided, so you must sign up in Mrs. McArdle's office or via e-mail. 

Seniors! There are just a couple spots left for the Marquette trip next week on Wednesday, October 10th. Drop off your permission slip to Mrs. McArdle ASAP.

There will be a Mock Trial meeting today, Wednesday, October 3rd from 2:45-3:45 in room 113. Please check Showbie for what we will be covering. 


Calling all Chefs! If you submitted a permission form and money for Cooking Club, check your Marist e-mail! Meetings will start next week, Tuesday, October 9th by GROUP NUMBER! Any questions? See Ms. Silva in 221.


Model United Nations, we will have a meeting in room 214 today, Wednesday, October 3rd, after school. All are welcome. Also, permission forms for the conference at Carl Sandburg are due by Wednesday.


Today there is a Science Club meeting!  Come join us and bring a friend right afterschool in Lab 217.


Congratulations to the Girls Varsity Tennis team who won their last Conference match of the season with a 4-1 defeat over Marian Catholic High School. Winning for the RedHawks were: Nicole Micklin, Kat Balchunas, Bella Rabianski, Sonya Dremak, Molly Malloy, Rocky Davis, and Anna Allen. 


Attention wrestlers, the season officially begins in November. Any athletes interested in trying out for wrestling must have a physical on file with the athletic office and must register online at the Marist athletics web page.

Any students interested in being a manager for the wrestling team please see Mr. Heffernan in room 132.
