Are you interested in law? Do you like to argue? Come to the first Mock Trial meeting on Thursday 1/18 at 6:30 pm in room 113. 

Anatomy and biology students, if you are interested in a trip to Northwestern Thursday evening to tour their angio suite and learn more about stroke care, ask your teacher or Mrs. McArdle for more details. Permission slips are due today. Parking and dinner are included. 

THE CONFIRMATION CLASS meets today after school in Deacon Andy’s office.

ATTENTION SENUIOR BOYS… all senior boys attending the January Boys Kairos Retreat must attend a short information meeting today at 2:30 pm in the Chapel. Final instructions will be given at that time.

This year’s African American Heritage prayer service will be held on Friday, February 23.  If you are interested in attending, pick up a permission form from Mrs. Greenan in room 226.  There are only 35 spots available and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. All forms are due to Mrs. Greenan by February 14 at the latest.



Model UN will meet this Friday in room 212.  See you all there.

ITALIAN CLUB: come to Italian Club this Thursday, January 18th, at 2:30 pm in room 223, to watch the Oscar-winning movie La vita e' bella. Bring your favorite snack and get comfortable while enjoying a real masterpiece.


Last night, the boys basketball team defeated rival Brother Rice 52-42. Thanks to all faculty, staff, and students who came out to the game. The RedHawks are now 18-1 on the season and play again this Friday vs. Benet at home. Come out and support your RedHawks!


What a great weekend RedHawk Hockey Fans! Both of our RedHawk Hockey Teams competed and placed in the Big Bear Cross Roads Tournament at the Darien Sportsplex. 



   A fantastic performance all weekend long culminated with the team playing the California Blue Devils for the Championship! The battle was intense as Jake Keneipp and Jack Reedy scored and Goalie Hunter Vaughn stood tall in the net against the Blue Devils sending the game to overtime! The Blue Devils used the extra time to edge out our RedHawks 3-2. An outstanding performance by the JV RedHawks in earning their 2nd place finish, great job boys!



    A thrilling tournament opener versus the Springfield Spirit found Sophomore Jack Christie giving the RedHawks an early lead with a two goal effort that came down to the last seconds of the third period! Brendan Sise put the RedHawks up 3-2 with 13 seconds left in the 3rd assisted by Jack Christie and Jack Reedy, but the Spirit came back to tie the game at 2 seconds left to end the contest! The Varsity RedHawks played very well all weekend long on their way to a 3rd place finish, way to go boys!

Congratulations to Marist Wrestlers Michael Leveille and Jacob Dado who captured individual championships in the Illini Classic Invitational over the weekend at Lincoln-Way East High School. Freshman Mateen Taylor also placed 4th and Junior Tim Maher took home 5th place at 220 lbs.

The RedHawks wrestle their final varsity dual of the regular season today at Providence.
