There will be boy’s volleyball open gym on Friday from 7-8:15 am in the small gym. See coach Vidovic with questions.


There is a National Honor society meeting in the theater Monday, January 22, at 2:30pm.  The meeting is mandatory, please see Mrs. Pochyly if you cannot attend.

Are you interested in law? Do you like to argue? Come to the first Mock Trial meeting tonight, Thursday 1/18 at 6:30 pm in room 113. 

This year’s African American Heritage prayer service will be held on Friday, February 23.  If you are interested in attending, pick up a permission form from Mrs. Greenan in room 226.  There are only 35 spots available and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. All forms are due to Mrs. Greenan by February 14 at the latest.


ATTENTION ALL SCIENCE CLUB MEMBERS!!  All Thursday Science Club members plan to attend TODAY'S meeting to begin our working on our Water Filtration device.   All Monday Science Club members plan to attend Monday's meeting to begin our working on our Water Filtration device.   Both groups will meet in Lab 217.  We are very excited to get started!  See Mrs. Spano or Mr. Murphy with questions.

ITALIAN CLUB: come to Italian Club meeting today, Thursday, January 18th, at 2:30 pm in room 223, to watch the Oscar-winning movie La vita e' bella. Bring your favorite snack and get comfortable while enjoying a real masterpiece.

All Speech Team members, please report to Room 128 right after school for a brief meeting about Saturday’s tournament, hosted at Marist. Any students interested in volunteering to help with the tournament should also attend the meeting.


Congratulations to the girls varsity basketball team for their win over conference rival Joliet Catholic last night. Leading the way for the RedHawks was Syd Affolter with 17points, followed by Abby Callahan with 11 points. The ladies are now 16-4 for the season and will play Rich South, Monday @ home.

Come cheer on our Varsity Poms team as they compete at Sectionals this weekend with a hope to make it to the IHSA State tournament.  The girls are performing at noon at Geneva High School.  Good luck ladies! Bring home a qualification!
