An informational meeting regarding our upcoming trip to Italy over Spring Break is scheduled for Thursday, March 8th, at 5:00pm in room 223 (Italian classroom).  It is imperative that your parents attend this meeting to receive information about the travel itinerary, transportation, lodging, and what documents to bring. Also, remember that the third and last payment for the trip is due this Friday, March 2nd. You can turn in the check to either Mrs. Zulato or Senora Nathan-Gamauf.

Freshman are reminded to check their Gmail accounts for their course selection schedule.


Bank Afternoon is tomorrow, Wednesday, February 28, from 2:30-4:30 in the SLO.  Bank Afternoon is an opportunity to turn in your money before the Relay for Life event so you don’t have to wait in line to get in.

Don’t forget our next mandatory meeting is this coming Monday, March 5th at 2:30pm in Rm. 211. We will hear from Brother Sam about the St Benedict Confirmation Retreat, learn from recent grad Sarah Thompson’s volunteer experience outside of Lima, Peru last summer & work on our FANA fundraiser.

Are you looking to get involved in a spring sport? The boys tennis team will be having an informational meeting this Wednesday after school in room 119. No previous tennis experience is required to come out for the tennis team. See Coach Karr with questions.

Last Tuesday, the girls track and field team competed at Lincoln Way East High School. Outstanding performance were turned in by Nora Poole in Pole Vault, Amanda Tracey in the 800, Cece Light in the mile, Roryiel Curry in the high jump, Maya Drayton in shotput, Akira Mann in the 200, and the 4x400 relay of Light, Englehart, Strahan, and Melacon. 

Boys volleyball open gym will be today at 2:30 in the small gym. Boys’ volleyball tryouts begin Monday in the main gym.


The boys basketball team begins the state tournament this week, beginning tonight, at 7pm vs. Richards at Marist. Come out and support your RedHawks!


Attention all wrestlers: There will be a brief information meeting after school today, Tuesday, February 27 in the wrestling room regarding uniform turn in, banquet information, and off-season training.
