The Archdiocese of Chicago is having their annual African American Heritage Prayer Service on Friday February 22nd.  If you are interested in going, please see Mr. Christensen in the Guidance Office for information and a permission form. 

RELAY FOR LIFE dress down day is tomorrow.  Wear purple and bring $3.00 to support the American Cancer Society and honor anyone you know who has had cancer.

Any boys interested in playing volleyball this spring there will have be an open gym after school on Friday in the new gym.


In honor of Black History Month, the EVOLVE club is having a guest speaker today in room 206, at 2:30pm.  We will be graced with the knowledge and expertise of Ms. Romina Brown.  Ms. Brown is the founder and CEO of Strategic Solutions International.  She is a level C consultant with an extensive background in marketing and business management.  She has worked with some of the biggest brands in the world.  Come join the EVOLVE club and hear her story. 

French Club will meet today at 2:30 in room 216 to explore the vibrant visual history of Haitian Folk Art and to re-create some famous examples of this world renowned art. All are welcome.

Congratulations to the girls' varsity basketball team last night they defeated Providence Catholic 51-32. The varsity has improved to (21-7) for the season. Tonight they #12 in the nation and #1 in the state of Illinois, Maine West at 6:30. It is also Teacher Appreciation Night with the festivities starting at 5:45. C'mon out and support your RedHawks!
