Daily Announcements 9/13/18

Back to school night is tonight.

The only student space that will be open after school will be the ARC if it is necessary for you to stay after school to wait for a ride.

The cafeteria and the rest of the building will be closed.

Marist will be having our first Road Mass this Sunday at St. Barnabas for the 10:00am mass.  Let’s pray together as Redhawks and then share some breakfast.  See Mrs. Pochyly or Mr. Brennan in the SLO for the details.

Juniors and Seniors who qualified for the National Honor Society have received an email from Mrs. Pochyly.  Make sure to fill out the attached application and return it to Mrs. Pochyly by September 17.

There will be an informational meeting at 6pm on Tuesday, September 18th in room 113 for any students and parents interested in learning more about the college tour to schools in the D.C. and Carolina area over President's Day Weekend 2019. Questions? See Mrs. McArdle in the Explore office.

The first Hawk Talk will feature Marist seniors who attended college programs, interned, worked, and /or volunteered during summer 2018. This is a great way to learn from our seniors and learn what the Explore Program is all about. The event is from 7-8pm on Tuesday, September 18th. All members of the Marist community are welcome.

The first Mock Trial meeting will be next week on Wednesday, September 19th at 2:45 in room 113. The meeting will last about an hour. All returning members are expected to attend and new members are welcome. See Mrs. McArdle with any questions.
