Sports

Tonight, the volleyball program takes on conference rival Marian Catholic in a rematch of last year’s sectional championship. Game time is 6 p.m.

Congratulations to the varsity girls' tennis team on defeating Andrew High School 6-1. Winning for Marist were: Nicole Micklin, Jessica Micklin, Bella Rabianski, Kat Balchunas, Molly Malloy, Sonya Dremak, Rocky Davis, Elena Ruzevich, Eliza Shroba, and Anna Allen.

Congratulations to the varsity soccer team on their 2-1 non-conference win over Sandburg last night in the Red and White Stadium.  Ethan Fit scored in the first half on as assist from Marc Carreon and Marc Carreon scored off an assist from Jimmy Valek in the second half.  John Kennedy earned the win in the goal.  The team improves to 6-2-1 and plays a conference game at Carmel Mundelein Saturday morning at 10 a.m.

RedHawks hockey season has begun! Your varsity and JV RedHawks began the season this past weekend with a sweep of the Cobras at both levels on Saturday! Sunday's games resulted in a victory for the varsity versus Kankakee and a tough loss for the JV in a 4-3 shoot out at Lake Central! Go RedHawks!
