Worth Township is currently recruiting for their Peer Jury Program. This program is designed as an alternative to Juvenile Court. They receive real cases from the local police departments as well as Bridgeview and Markham Courthouses. The cases are misdemeanors and minor civil infractions only.

The jurors hear the cases, and decide what the offenders need to complete as penalty for their offense.

Please pick up an application in the Guidance Office if you are interested in this program.

The Anti-Cruelty Society is currently accepting applications for two programs. Participants in The After School Advocates Program complete group volunteer projects to benefit shelter pets at the Anti-Cruelty Society facility. Teens Who Care is a volunteer program where students assist at the shelter facility with cleaning, organizing, animal socialization and special events. Further details and application information can be found at www.anticruelty.org
