"No one lights a lamp and then hides it or puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where its light can be seen by all who enter the house." Luke 11:33
On this day when we remember the light of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, activist minister, and drum major for justice, let's remember that there is a light in each one of us. Take some time today to pray about what it is that is important to you. What need? What cause? What change needs to be set in motion in order that '...Thy Kingdom come on earth as it is in Heaven'? And then let your light shine on that issue. Your light will lead others so that when all of our light is combined, we can... and will... drive out any darkness!
