Monday Minute 5.27.19

Give yourselves a hand...

The human hand is an amazing thing. It pushes. It grabs. It pulls. You can use yours to hit or to caress. You can measure things with it and you can also send signals with it. Some people talk with their hands because they are expressive storytellers, others because it’s the only way they have to communicate. Hands create. And hands carry.

The average human hand is 7 inches long, measured from the tip of the middle finger to the base of the palm just above the wrist. Go ahead and measure yours... you might even be above average!

No matter how big or small your hands are, the most important thing to remember as this Summer unfolds, is to be grateful that you are held in hands larger than your own.

Have a great Summer everyone.
