Marist receives ESCC honors

redhawk_mMarist High School fall athletes and coaches recently received East Suburban Catholic Conference honors for their accomplishments this season. Four of the teams are currently competing in the post season. Congratulations to these athletes, their teammates, coaches, and parents! 

All-conference athletes are listed within their sport. Students who received specific honors are noted. 

 

 

BOYS CROSS COUNTRY

The boys team finished fourth in conference and fifth in regionals. They advanced to state sectionals.

 

GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY

Athlete of the Year: Maryclare Leonard

Colleen Murphy

The girls team finished second in conference and first in regionals. They advanced to state sectionals, where Maryclare Leonard and Colleen Murphy qualified for the state race on Saturday, November 5.

The RedHawks won the ESCC title outright, and advanced to the first round of state playoffs. Freshman football was an ESCC co-champion.
