RedHawk Resource Room

The RedHawk Resource Room is being offered to students after school to provide a safe, welcoming, independent, and student-centered environment to work on their school work or receive tutoring from Marist teachers in all content areas.

The RedHawk Resource Room provides individual opportunities for academic growth. Students attending are taking ownership of their school work by utilizing the resources and help provided by Marist.

Students may opt to utilize the lab on an as needed basis, or they may be referred to the lab by their teacher or the Dean of Students.

Resource Room Guidelines

The Resource Room is in Room MH 12, Monday – Friday, 3:00 – 3:45.

Students are required to sign in upon arrival and attendance will be taken.

Students must be actively working on school work and follow any directives.

Please limit the food and drink brought into the classroom

  • Spanish: Tuesday – Before School from 7:00 – 7:45am in Room 220
  • All Subjects: Monday & Friday – Periods 4-6 in Room 110; Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – Periods 4-7 in Room 110
  • World Language: Thursday – Spanish – in Room 220; Friday – French – Room 224; After School from 3:00-3:45pm
  • After school daily in room MH 12: Monday – Math & Spanish; Tuesday – Math & Social Studies; Wednesday – Math & Science; Thursday – Math & Religion; Friday Math & English

Hawk Lab

Marist High School provides tutoring during each of the four daily lunch periods in the Hawk Lab . The Hawk Lab is in room 110. The goal of this lab is to provide students with additional academic support to help them achieve optimal academic success. The lab will be staffed by a Math teacher, in addition to National Honor Society members who can provide tutoring in other academic areas.

All of these resources are Open to all students, and can be utilized on an as needed basis, or students may be referred to a specific location by their teacher or the Dean of Student Success.
