Hawk Talk To Feature Accomplished Journalist, Alum
Chris Fusco ’90 will speak at Marist on Tuesday, November 29, at 7pm in the RedHawk Theater as part of the Explore Program’s Hawk Talk series.
Fusco is an award-winning investigative reporter who was named managing editor of the Chicago Sun-Times in September, 2016. In his new role, he oversees daily print and online news coverage. He has been with the Sun-Times since 2000, after working as a reporter for the Daily Herald and the Northwest Herald.
During his time with the Sun-Times, Mr. Fusco won awards for his coverage of former Governor Rod Blagojevich and his investigation with Tim Novak and Carol Marin into the killing of David Koschman by a nephew of former Mayor Richard M. Daley.
This event is currently open to Marist High School students and parents, who must register in advance.
