Constituent Relations Coordinator

Marist High School in Chicago, Illinois seeks a qualified person to fill the newly created position of Constituent Relations Manager.  Founded in 1963, Marist High School is a coed Catholic high school in the tradition of the Marist Brothers of the Schools.  Current enrollment is 1650 students from the far southwest side of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

The Constituent Relations Manager will forge new ways of relating with alumni and other constituents including current parents, alumni parents, grandparents, and friends of Marist High School.  The Constituent Relations Manager should exhibit mastery of various forms of social and digital media as a means of engaging our various constituencies.  This person is a faith-filled, mission-oriented person who understands that relationships are at the heart of a successful Catholic high school.

A college degree in a related field is required, and experience of one to three years is preferred for this full-time, 12 month position.  Preference given to Marist High School alumni.

  • Must demonstrate mastery of digital media.

Prospect Research and Stewardship Coordinator

Marist High School in Chicago, Illinois seeks a qualified person to fill the position of Prospect Research and Stewardship Coordinator.  Founded in 1963, Marist High School is a co-ed Catholic high school in the tradition of the Marist Brothers of the Schools.  Current enrollment is 1650 students from the far southwest side of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

The Prospect Research and Stewardship Coordinator must exhibit mastery of database management with a thorough knowledge of Raisers Edge and Excel and experience in prospect research.

This person is a faith-filled, mission-oriented person who wants to contribute to the Catholic mission of Marist High School.

A college degree and previous administrative assistant experience are preferred for this full-time, 12 month position.

  • Mastery of database management including Raisers Edge and Excel.
  • Experience in prospect research a plus.
  • College Degree preferred.
  • Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate an out-going, mission and faith based personality.
  • 3-5 years experience in educational advancement preferred.
  • Full-time, 12 month position.

Financial Assistance Coordinator

Marist High School, a Catholic coed high school is seeking a full-time financial assistance coordinator.  The position reports directly to the director of finance.

The coordinator will manage, supervise and coordinate all activities related to the school’s financial aid program. 

The position is scheduled to start in July 2017.

Experience/Skills: 

  • Experience of and/or knowledge of Catholic education
  • Recent college graduate or 1 or 2 years related experience. 
  • Business or Educational degrees are preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel & Power Point.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Capable of interacting with co-workers, students, constituents and parents.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self starter
